The Golden Toasted Coconut product delivers a nutty, crunchy mouth feel in low moisture applications and adds chewy texture in high moisture applications. Consider replacing more expensive nutmeats such as cashews with nutritionally similar toasted coconut.
Use Franklin Baker’s Coconut Concentrate to impart a creamy coconut flavour and texture in savoury applications, round out the flavour and intensity in Eastern and Tropical/Caribbean applications, add texture and flavour to smoothies, beverages, and other applications or improve freeze/thaw stability in ice cream and frozen food applications.

Franklin Baker, exclusively distributed in Canada by HT Griffin Food Ingredients, was founded in 1897 and is now one of the largest Philippine producers of desiccated, processed and value added coconut products.
Ideal for topical applications due to uniform cut and a consistent white appearance, Franklin Baker’s high quality desiccated products are offered in many varieties and sulfite levels. This full fat coconut product (65% minimum), is processed from freshly-picked mature Philippine coconut that has not undergone fat reduction or oil extraction and has a moisture content between 3.5% to 4.1%. |
