Miniature Marshmallows work well in fruit and gelatin salads and casseroles, hot beverages, snack bars and toppings for cakes, pies and brownies.
Tiny marshmallow pieces or Micromallows are perfect in cake frosting mixes, cereal bars and ice cream. They also work well in pudding, hot beverages, snack foods and can easily be added to mixes using an ice cream fruit feeder – store frozen for best results in ice cream.
Marshmallow Crème is a Kosher, whipped, semi-fluid aerated syrup that blends well in “homemade” fudge, dessert toppings and crisped rice treats. It maintains a semi-fluid consistency when stored at room temperature and may be spooned or pumped from a container into a positive feed depositor.

Dehydrated Marshmallow Bits are suitable anywhere low-water activity ingredients are required, come in versatile shapes and colours and range in size from ¼” – ½” with a standard thickness of ¼”. Standard shapes include small white cylinders and multi coloured geometric shapes with a crispy slightly chewy texture.
Desserts and snacks get added appeal from KFI Jet-Puff and half-sized Jet-Puffed marshmallows with their great flavour and resilient texture.
